Tier I DUI PTD

Tier 1 is reserved for DUI cases in which the BAC was below .15. The standard conditions include twelve (12) months of supervision to complete the following:

  • DUI Level I School
  • Substance abuse evaluation and any recommended treatment
  • Victim Impact Classes through MADD or the Florida Safety Council
  • Ten (10) day Vehicle Impoundment/Immobilization
  • Fifty (50) hours of community service

Tier II DUI PTD requires fifteen (15) months of supervision to complete the following conditions:

  • DUI Level I School
  • Substance abuse evaluation and any recommended treatment
  • Victim Impact Classes through MADD or the Florida Safety Council
  • Six (6) month Ignition Interlock
  • Fifty (50) hours of community service
  • Payment of the following fees and costs:
    • $1000 monetary contribution
    • Telephone Reporting fee $6 – $7 monthly, if applicable
    • $50 State Attorney fee
    • $50 monthly cost of supervision
    • $17 drug test fee
    • $20 intake fee
    • Law Enforcement investigative costs, if applicable
