Jennifer Pond is a legal assistant and paralegal with the firm. She is primarily responsible for assisting the attorneys in DUI cases. She helps the client obtain the 42 day extended driving permit, submits the paperwork to demand a formal review hearing, helps the attorney prepare the prehearing statement, and prepares the subpoenas for the formal review hearing. When the attorneys are in court, Jennifer also handles many of the administrative tasks in the office.

Danielle Wynimko has fulfilled the requirements set forth by the Supreme Court of Florida to be recognized by the Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal. To maintain certification, Danielle must complete continuing education, including classes related to legal ethics and professionalism. Danielle helps the attorneys with gathering information during the investigation. She also handles the scheduling of depositions and hearings, particularly in complex felony cases.

Tammy Baker is a legal assistant and paralegal with the firm. She supports the attorneys in felony and misdemeanor cases. She is also assigned to help the attorney with most of the non-DHSMV administrative matters and all federal cases for civil asset forfeiture. Tammy graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Legal Studies. Before coming to our firm she was a Paralegal Specialist with the Attorney General’s Office in the Children’s Legal Services.

Sebastian Rivera Aldas

Sebastian Rivera is the Intake Coordinator who helps potential clients schedule a meeting with the attorney, gathers all of the relevant documents, and organizes the initial paperwork for the attorney.
As the first point of contact, Sebastian is bilingual with the ability to speak, read, write, and translate to and from English/Spanish and Spanish/English.
Sebastian graduated from the University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville, FL, with a degree in criminology. He previously worked for the State Attorneys Office before joining Sammis Law Firm.
