WEST PASCO JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENTS

Pursuant to Administrative Order 2022-003 PA-CIR effective on February 14, 2022, the following judicial assignments will be used for criminal court sections at the New Port Richey Courthouse for West Pasco:
In Section 3, Judge Mary M. Handsel is assigned to:
- 50% of criminal cases, including section 3 violations of probation; and
- Indirect criminal contempt affidavits filed in Section Q1 and prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office.
In Section 4, Judge Joshua Riba is assigned to:
- 50% Criminal cases, including section 4 violations of probation; and
- Indirect criminal contempt affidavits filed in Section Q2 and prosecuted by the State Attorney’s Office.
In Section 31, Judge Jennifer Dubbeld presides over all adult drug court cases and the newly established Veterans Court.
