SPECIAL PRETRIAL RELEASE CONDITIONS
THE DEFENDANT IS FURTHER ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
In the event there is a conflict between the terms of paragraph 17 below and a prior injunction order, visitation order, or other court order, the terms of THIS ORDER MUST BE FOLLOWED if the Defendant remain on Pretrial Release. It maybe necessary for the Defendant to obtain a modification of any other court order or visitation schedule to comply with that order AND these conditions of Pretrial Release. Nothing in this Order shall be construed to cancel, revoke, or otherwise alter the conditions of any other court order or injunction. Unless BOTH or ALL orders permit the defendant to have contact with the victim(s), CONTACT IS PROHIBITED. Pursuant to s.903.047, F.S., the following are the Defendant’s conditions of pretrial release under the supervision of Pretrial Services:
This order shall remain in effect until modified or terminated by the Court. If this case involves an alleged act of domestic violence in Polk County, violation of this Order may be a first-degree misdemeanor, pursuant to s. 741.29, F.S., which carries a maximum punishment upon conviction of one (1) year in jail and a fine of $1,000.00 or may subject the Defendant to criminal contempt of court charges, and/or result in revocation of bond and/or pretrial release.
If this case involves an alleged act of domestic violence, law enforcement officers may, pursuant to s. 901.15, F.S., conduct a warrantless arrest of any Defendant who violates this order.
